Context

You're used to solving problems, making quick decisions, and taking responsibility. But how often do you have the space to truly think freely, speak openly, and engage in deep discussions with other sharp minds?

What to expect?

We are deliberately creating this space: time to get to know one another, to have candid conversations about our projects, challenges, and goals. Because only when we truly know one another can we offer meaningful support.

A First Step

We met in the mountains in July 25 and at the She Inspires Me Gala dinner in November 25. In 2026, we'll meet again for multiple gatherings in Switzerland, bringing together forward-thinking people from diverse fields and supporting them to take impactful action.

The flow

Typical Schedule

Day 1

Arrival and dinner for those coming from far. Breaking bread and breaking ice.

Day 2

Hike to a mountain hut. Deep dives and collective brainstorming. Substance over smalltalk.

Day 3

Closing and reflections. Ensuring action steps are clear before departure. We usually end around 4pm, allowing you to catch an evening plane from Zürich or Basel.

Who we are & why we're doing this

We, Lise, Anna and Angela, are doers. We've overcome challenges, tackled obstacles, and know what it takes to drive change. Now, it's time for the next step: creating impact together with other people.

Our society needs a wake-up call, in politics, business, and culture. Change doesn't happen on its own. It takes courageous people who connect, support one another, and take action.

That's exactly what we want: to empower people who don't just talk, but take action. Together, we are shaping change towards a more inclusive and sustainable world, with clear focus, genuine exchange, and the power of collective action.
