Why the price ranges?
Every engagement is customized based on your specific needs, timeline, and scope. During our discovery call, we'll discuss your situation and design an engagement that works for you. The fee will be determined based on the number of sessions, duration, complexity, and whether it includes additional services like assessments, retreats, or team coaching.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For engagements over CHF 10,000, I offer flexible payment plans (typically 3-6 installments). We'll agree on a payment structure that works for both of us during the contracting phase.
What's included in the fee?
All fees include coaching sessions, preparation and follow-up time, between-session support via email, and any materials or assessments we agree to use. Travel expenses for in-person sessions outside Switzerland are billed separately.
How do I know if we're a good fit?

Can I do just a few sessions?
While I occasionally offer single-session consultations, my core work is longer-term engagements (3-12 months). Transformation takes time, and I've found that the most meaningful shifts happen when we have space to go deep and sustain change over time.
Do you work with clients outside Switzerland?
Yes. About half of my clients are international. I work virtually with clients worldwide and offer in-person sessions in Switzerland or at your location (travel costs billed separately).
