I take on only a small number of clients each year. This ensures the deep focus required for profound transformation rather than cosmetic fixes.

I offer high-impact coaching partnerships focused on execution, and bespoke in-person intensives of two days or more in the Swiss mountains for those navigating a next chapter or seeking radical team alignment.

We meet in Unterägeri, Switzerland, or globally online. This is not for quick fixes; it is for leaders ready to look at the systems they shape and take full responsibility for who they choose to become.

Every partnership begins with a deep, complimentary consultation often lasting a few hours in Unterägeri or online. We will talk about your needs in depth to ensure the chemistry and the challenge are a match. If it is a "yes" on both sides, we deepen the work.
